spacious apartment, fantastic views, nice gardens
The heating system is ridiculously loud at night!!! A loose dog wandering around the property makes for an uncomfortable environment!!! The place could definitely benefit from some updates!!!

Charming décor and peaceful atmosphere.
My experience was marred by a lack of communication upon check-in. I arrived to a dark and silent entrance, ringing the bell multiple times without a response. When the owner eventually showed up, they seemed indifferent to my concerns, adding to my frustration. The room itself had intrusive noise from the pipes, and I felt uncomfortable sharing my card details over the phone without a proper system in place. the lovely aspects of the hotel were overshadowed by these issues.

The continental breakfast was absolutely delightful, with a variety of fresh options.
A full-length mirror in the room would have been very useful for getting ready.

charming stay near parks and historic attractions
I truly enjoyed my time at this lovely property, especially with its friendly hostess and the beautiful lawn just outside, perfect for those who love to spend time outdoors. additionally, being only about a 30-minute walk from the iconic Coventry Cathedral and Naul's Mill Park made my city strolls even more enjoyable. Though the charming old building has lots of character, the heating system was quite noisy at night, but it didn't take away from my overall experience.
